Dear Parents:
The Gove County Health Department would like to provide some public education classes for parents and would like to meet at a local area for approximately one hour covering different topics of interest for families. Included is a survey of topics and a place to include your input.
We are always looking to serve our community and needs and your opinion and input are important. If there are additional services we can provide, please let us know.
We are asking each family to fill out a survey so we can determine how to best meet our community needs.
Please take a few minutes to print and fill out the survey and return it to your child’s school, health department, or Bluestem Clinic at your earliest convenience.
